Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our policy below.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened: skincare, beauty, and wellness products (including clay masks, shea butter, and sunscreen).

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photo evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Process: Once your return is confirmed with our supplier, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
